Service Overview
ITzSKoTT is a Twitch bot that provides moderation tools, chat automation, and engagement features for Twitch channels. The service is provided “as is” and may change over time.
Authorization & Access
To use ITzSKoTT, you must authorize access via Twitch OAuth. This authorization allows the bot to perform actions you explicitly enable, based on permissions granted through Twitch.
You may revoke access at any time through your Twitch account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ITzSKoTT for:
  • Violating Twitch’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
  • Spam, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Automated actions intended to manipulate Twitch systems
Moderation & Automation
ITzSKoTT performs moderation and automation actions based on your configuration. You remain fully responsible for how the bot is used on your channel.
We are not responsible for moderation actions taken by the bot at your request or as a result of your settings.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. ITzSKoTT may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues.
Data & Privacy
Your use of ITzSKoTT is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is accessed, used, and stored.
Limitation of Liability
ITzSKoTT is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ITzSKoTT if these terms are violated or if required to comply with platform policies.
You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ITzSKoTT after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
